Terms & Conditions

Membership of this site and our other specialist sites is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

1.  Members must offer goods, services or information of genuine interest to keepers of rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rodents or small exotic pets.

2.  This is a child friendly site.  All information including images should be suitable for all ages.

3.  Membership is free.  Your information will only be used by us to contact you with information on relevant goods, events and services.  We do not disclose your information to third parties.

4.  Members are entitled to withhold some of their details from the Directory listing and Search.  Once logged in, there will be a toolbar at the top which has an Edit Details option. 

5.  Galen's Garden reserves the right to edit or remove any Member's Directory Listing considered to contain offensive or inappropriate content at any time.

6.  Galen's Garden reserves the right to refuse Membership to any individual or organisation they determine to be unsuitable.

7.  The information provided in the Directory or Mini Web Sites is the responsibility of the individual Member and Galen's Garden cannot be held responsible.

8.  Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute a recommendation by us and is no guarantee of the Member's qualifications or suitability.

9.  Anyone sending abusive email or spam from an email address provided by us will be removed from our Membership database and have their information, including their email address, deleted from our server without further reference.

10. To remove yourself from our Membership database, together with your Directory listing, email address and Mini Web Page, Log In and use the Edit Details facility.

11. It is the responsibility of individual Members to back up any information they have on our Mini Web Sites on a regular basis.  Galen's Garden do not accept responsibility for the loss of information on these sites under any circumstances.

12. Please report any breaches in these Terms and Conditions using the Contact Us form located in the right hand panel on Members pages.
