Veterinary Homoeopaths

homoeopathic pillules image copyright istockphoto.comThe term 'homoeopathic vet' does not mean one who practices only homoeopathy. Homoeopathic vets are fully qualified veterinary surgeons who have elected to take further training and qualification in the use of homoeopathic medicines. Clearly homoeopathy will not set a broken leg, it can, however, ameliorate the effects of anaesthetic, improve the rate of healing and recovery as well as support the animal's emotional state.

The British Association of Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons has a list of qualified veterinary homoeopaths on their web site but it isn't updated too regularly.  You may also find that the association's printed list is more up to date than the online directory.
