Please note that we can now take orders over the phone or via fax. If you want to pay by debit or credit card online then you can also use the shopping cart and pay by PayPal. There is a facility within the on-line shop for you to place your order and then send us a cheque. Simply choose that option from the drop down menu instead of PayPal. We do not send orders out in the post until we receive your cheque or shopping cart payment under any circumstances.

We do not have trade prices or offer any further discounts beyond those on display in the shop. You can, however, sign up as an affiliate and get 10% commission on any orders that we get that we receive via your affiliate link.

Please do not contact me for medical advice. In particular I cannot and will not answer questions that begin "Are you the lady who sells herbal medicine for guinea pig cystitis/sore hocks/scabby mouth etc" The reasons for this are outlined on our legal pages.

I have gone to great lengths to provide information about the plants I use in my supplements. I list all the ingredients in my products. Any conclusions you come to regarding their suitability for dietary supplementation based on the way I have formulated them is at your own discretion.

Galen's herbal powders, blends, syrups and tinctures are herbal food supplements for herbivorous animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and chinchillas. They provide the herbs and wild plants that these animals would naturally seek out in the wild but which are absent from the normal captive diet. They are not designed to be fed to other species such as cats and dogs who's digestive systems cannot break down the plant cell walls of dried or powdered herbs. No medical claims are made for the Galen's products whatsoever.

If you have any personal experiences of the products which you would like to share with other small animal keepers you are legally free to do so without compromising me in any public forum.

Thank you to those who have sent letters in praise of the products but the same laws prevent the use of testimonial type material by companies such as Galen's.
